Had a lovely experience with Ally at this location ! Deserves a raise for sure she is a lovely lady and made my day 10x better!
Worst Tims out there. Every time there's a mobile order it's incorrect. Every time you get an order in person it's incorrect. Every time you get delivery it is incorrect or they don't put safety caps on the drinks and the pizza boxes. Staff will argue & also be rude to you as well. Just a shitty Tim Hortons overall. I tr to avoid it but the application loves this by store by default and or geo location.
Very poor service. Ordered food online didn’t even received the food and got call from them 3 times and they said they don’t have some items and I told them to replace them or cancel the order. There biggest problem is that they didn’t call me before they called when the delivery person reached their place. They should be calling me before so that I could cancel the order and get refund but when the delivery person reaches the place and we cancel the order we don’t get refund.
