Waited 15 minutes for the saddest and most haphazardly slapped together breakfast sandwich I have ever received. I actually had to demand a refund it was so bad. Didn't even get an apology. I'll never be back to this location again.
Dear Manager and Owner, Whoever was working around 6:45 PM today (drive through taking orders), October 3, 2025, please consider providing additional customer service training to your staff. The gentleman of Indian descent was quite rude when asking for details about my order. As a paying customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately.
