Recently visited this location, tried to order a DECAF protein ice latte and was told they don’t have this. Drove up to the window and asked again as all the other locations are able to make this. Was told their machine was down. I was like I’m confused first they said they can’t make a DECAF protein ice latte or is it the fact their machine is down.
I went just while ago today i placed order for 3oreo Mocha ice cap I wait there around 30mints They serve people around 15who come after me Really bad customer service When i ask about my order they keep asking each other for my order then say its coming Still i wait 15mints more Really bad experience never going to come back on this location Even ladies who work there they roll eyes on me Very bad service
