Not very busy and forgot about our order, ripped up lettuce with bare hands, no gloves. I asked for whipped topping and they gave me a quarter sized amount. And they didn’t mix one of our ice caps all the way. Bad service and hard to understand them.

Im sick and tired of this Tim Hortons location not only do they not care enough to be open on time but every single drink that I ordered they for whatever reason cannot get right ! this is a franchise and they should be following the same rules that every other location follows. There’s a reason why all of their order boards were smashed beyond recognition ..because today I feel like pulling up to the drive-through and firing this cup of latte that is clearly not a latte into the drive-through window.
