I ordered 2 bagels with herb and garlic cream cheese a they just gave me the bagel with no herb and gralic cream cheese on it. I also ordered a regular turkey bacon club and they only gave me half of it. I feel entirely ripped off.
Even though I make a mistake and selected pickup instead of drive thru, when placing the order through the app. They’re kind enough to hand it to me through drive thru, without making a fuss about it. One of the best Tim’s around, keep up the good work!!
The staff went above and beyond to help me. Their positive attitude and patience made the whole experience so much better As i was struggling with the reward system
