Their skip the dishes service is abysmal. I ordered one singular iced coffee on skip the dishes because I was at work and our coffee machine stopped working. Tell me WHY it takes over an hour to prepare a coffee. My location was a 10 minute drive from their restaurant, yet it took over an hour to prepare. I ended up having to cancel and get a refund. Very disappointing, I'm almost certain they don't care about fulfilling skip orders.
Very slow service in store. The team looked careless. It was truly disappointing
This has recently become of one the worst tim hortons in the city. They take forever to get anything done because none of them are working. They stand around talking and just staring at customers but not actually helping them.
