I was given the wrong order for coffee as I was heading to work. I only sipped the coffee once when I realized it was not right (some coffee/chocolate mix). I was unable to get back to the Tim's for 2 day but when I did and explained what happened, the readily replaced my order.for the right one! Good service and customer care.
Roulette every time your try to order food. Unacceptable
