One of their INDIAN staff gave me an attitude when I said “thank you” after grabbing my drink. Please teach your INDIAN staff to response back kindly while everyone is being nice.
This is the second time I’ve had a completely unacceptable experience at this location. The first time, I found a large hair in my wrap. When I asked for a manager, I was told none was available and they refused to replace my order. Yesterday, I ordered the same wrap again, and the chicken was undercooked and pink. This place clearly does not care about food safety or their customers. I will never come back and I strongly do not recommend anyone eat here. I ordered the Habanero Chicken Loaded Bowl with cheese, but unfortunately it didn’t come with any sauce. A bit disappointing, since the sauce really makes the dish :(
