I visited this Tim Hortons recently and witnessed something that really bothered me. A couple of Indigenous individuals were inside, and the staff spoke to them very rudely, repeatedly saying things like “Hurry up” and “Get out” in a harsh, demeaning tone. I was deeply disappointed in the staff member’s behavior. There was a clear arrogance in his manner, as if he held some kind of authority over them.
