Worst customer service that I have ever experienced, Today I went for buying ice coffee but as usual they said they were out of ice coffee at 6pm , even some time they were out at 5:30pm . Raman is so sweet
This place has really gone downhill. The last straw was seeing baked goods delivered to the store in the back of a minivan on open racks, completely uncovered. After that, I haven’t ordered food at this location. Customer service has also taken a dive. The last few visits, the staff barely acknowledge customers, no greeting, no interaction, just silence through the whole transaction.
