This place has really gone downhill. The last straw was seeing baked goods delivered to the store in the back of a minivan on open racks, completely uncovered. After that, I haven’t ordered food at this location. Customer service has also taken a dive. The last few visits, the staff barely acknowledge customers, no greeting, no interaction, just silence through the whole transaction. No matter what time of day we come, there are no Burberry muffenos left. Is it possible to produce a little more to meet customer demand?
Wow it's been a long time since I have been back to this location, and I'm reminded of why. I ordered a large chocolate pistachio latte, half decaf coffee. They insisted they could NOT do this even though this is my second one of the day. I insisted that another location made it without a second thought so I wasn't sure as to why they figured it was too complicated to make.
