Very rude staff
Yet again managed to surprise did not think can get that bad but not the hot drinks are cold that just stupid! This location needs full stack of new works and management!
Ladies bathroom was out of service.... what's wrong with you people? WHEN YOUR CUSTOMER IS THERE FOR A VISIT THEY NEED ACCESS TO THE WASHROOM!!
