I went with my mom, who has dementia to this particular tims to get the usual. The person that day helping was mark. He was kind and patient. But what stood out was, seems little, but when we recieved our coffee, between me and mark just bantering back and forth, (im a talker), I noticed that he had automatically put on the sleeves.
