Food and service are fine but I'm disgusted on the conditions of the drive through. There's more garbage along the drive through than there is in the dumpster most likely. Nice staff though.. Manage your property better.
Best iced caps in Red Deer!
Garbage service. I ordered an iced chai and was given an iced coffee. When I pointed out the error, she took the drink, put a different lid on it and gave it back again. She tried to tell me that chai tea and coffee are the same thing! The service for the rest of my order was inefficient and the lady at the till didn’t even bother talking to me at all. The person behind us even got frustrated that it was taking so long and ended up leaving. I left without my drink since they refused to give me what ordered.
I ask for a crispy chicken cravable with chip mayo on it, i get a crispy chicken cravable with one small piece of chicken, tomoatoes and the wrong sauce. Im pre sure habanero is not the same as chipotle mayo. And idk when they added tomatoes to the sandwich nor when they halfed the amount of chicken you get. I wouldnt recommend going here unless your willing to argue with an employee on how to make a sandwich. And dont get me wrong maybe they were like out of chicken or chip mayo. But cant you tell me that?? Not have me open... read more
