Have had such a bad experience through the drive thru and in store with them not understanding my clearly explained order. Ill never be going here again.
Was refused use of the washroom! Employee could barely speak English and refused to give me key to the washroom!! Unacceptable!!
Gave the wrong order. Gave chicken non veg instead of vegeterian . needs to pay attention to sensitive communities
I boycotted tims a long time ago. We all know why.
Went by and bought a french vanilla and 2 custard tart. When i went back to my work was about to eat they gave me a wrong tart. They gave me a blueberry tart or cherry tart that is.and I'm allergic. Its very clear when the lady punch my order its custard tart that means its the plain one. When shes taking my order she don't even greet or smile. Shes frowning its like she doesn't want to serve customer. Very disappointing.just wasted my money with a wrong tart.
