Ice cap machine is not properly maintained. Got one today and there was a hint of mold mixed in with the taste. Gross.
Don't try this Tim Hortons if you want good customer service, my father went to get a refund because of badly made food and the manager treated him like he was wrong for being unsatisfied? It's not a wrong thing to spot badly made food, and as a service worker myself a basic refund does NOT need to have attitude and the fact he was denied just because he didn't call and got even more ruined food in return for a "replacement" is disgusting.
