This Tim hortons has the worst customer service in Red deer I don’t know why we even try going back there, twice they have made my order wrong I have a dairy allergy and like that Tim’s now has dairy free latte options I ordered a oat latte today and again it’s wrong the drive thru lady was so rude to my husband because he wanted to ensure it was made with oat milk, goat our coffees and sure enough it was made with real milk, they do not care about anyone’s allergies or special needs, I went inside and they were questioning ... read more
