The service is always fast and friendly, and the staff go out of their way to make sure every order is perfect. I visited this location with my friends, and we were all impressed by how clean and well-managed the place was. Staff at the counter greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we got exactly what we wanted—even remembered our custom coffee and food orders!
Not a pleasant experience wait time to order in for a coffee and donut was 10 mins to order and another 5 for them to make the coffee. Lots of staff all focused on drive thru
Last 3 times I have gone here it has been not the greatest for getting my order right - first couple times they put coffee in with my tea bags instead of water and today I got no milk or cream in my double double large tea. Plus watched a couple in front of me place their order only to be told after they paid and were waiting on their breakfast order that there wasn’t any eggs or hash browns ready.
My Favorite Tim’s Spot! I absolutely love coming to the Tim Hortons at 3295 Monarch Drive. The staff are super friendly and always make my morning better with their smiles and quick service. Even when it’s busy, they’re fast and organized—I’m never waiting long. My coffee is always made just right, and the Timbits are always fresh! You can tell they care about the customers. This location is definitely one of the best!
