Since Carmen has come the quality and service has been a lot better however some of the staff attitude is horrible
Went to this location for brunch with a bunch of old friends and we were baffled by the disrespect of the manager Carmen. While we waiting in line we watched as she put down the staff, gave attitude and even argued with the people ahead of us. It made for a very sour and uncomfortable experience. So we decided to leave and go to the breakfast place down the road instead.
Horrible experience! The store manager was mean to the employees and treated the customers poorly aswell! I will make an effort to go to a different Timmy's from now on.
Worst Tim hortons in town. 2 stars in being way to generous Updated to 1 star after being laughed at for what reason I dont know.
