I came in and ordered an iced Capp he didn't know how to do his job and do the right order and made me pay extra after making me scan my points twice. He had no manners and got my order wrong in the end after I payed extra nobody is ever at the cash register everytime I go in.
Waited in line for 10 minutes, at least. When I was finally served the worker tried to make me buy a more expensive iced capp then I wanted. He tried to tell me that it was discontinued had to tell him I got it yesterday. He finally put in the right one then brought out iced coffees, I had to tell him that we ordered ice caps finally brought out the ice caps forgot the chocolate milk in one, forgot the whipped topping in the other he argued with me the whole time so I had to ask for a supervisor and the supervisor looked at ... read more
This place never changes. Still the second worst in Orillia. Took 15 minutes to get a cold brew.
worst timmies ever. No customer service at all especially their manager carmen she is rude. i wish i could take that one star too. will not recommend this place.
