I visited Tim Hortons twice today. In the morning, I ordered a tea through the drive-thru, but it was completely cold. I parked my car and went inside to let the staff know. Unfortunately, the staff member’s facial reaction made me feel uncomfortable, even though the drink was eventually replaced. In the evening, I ordered an Oreo Iced Capp, but the quality was very poor and it did not seem fresh or properly prepared. I hope the team can pay more attention to both drink quality and customer service.
My goto timmies in orillia. I used to work at this location 20 years ago
