No matter how many times I ask for them to make sure my tea is hot it’s always cold, no matter how many times I ask for extra my food is always bone dry and barely has anything on it. Only 3 cars ahead of me in the drive though line and it took over 15 mins before it was our turn at the window.
The customer service experience at this facility has steadily dropped over the last 2 years specifically. The language bearier is of note, orders consistently not being place properly due to front counter employees having a difficult time understanding what is said to them. I have also had to question them as to why there was nobody at the food prep table while standing waiting for my order on my short break period from work while 5 employees are conversing with one another.
