Came here specifically for a candy cane hot chocolate on December 26th 2025 and they tell me that they don’t carry it anymore.. (in a rude tone) ok well one it’s on the menu you are advertising it on that menu and two it’s illegal to even advertise something you don’t have. Take it off the menu if you’re not gonna sell it. Make more herb and garlic pastries! You have one single savoury snack on the entire menu and it’s unavailable 95% of the time I go here. It’s obviously a hot seller - MAKE MORE PLEASE
Went through the drive through for a large hot chocolate with 3 cream. They gave me a large half coffee half hot chocolate with no cream. Would give 0 stars if I could. I noticed half way back to Barrie when I had a sip. I really hate coffee so pure wasted money. Don't go here.
