The laziest team I have ever seen in fast food. No one was at cash for the first 10 minutes I was there. The person waiting to order left. The person waiting for their mobile order (2 coffees) waited 20 minutes. For context - there were 4 people waiting to order. This was not rush hour, the drive through was slow. Stopped by Tim Hortons today as I usually do, but felt the need to leave this review. Talisa and April went above and beyond for me, there customers service was impeccable. I hope these two get props from higher up, because they are the reason this store is running so smooth
Waited 15-20 mins for this, got home and there was no sausage or mayo on them. Heard a manager telling someone months ago it doesn't pop up on their screen when you add stuff to sandwich, so instead of the company correcting that problem, they just continue to accidentally rip people off, this happens to me usually multiple times every month, for years now. At this Tims and the one on Atherly by Polyethics, kinda sucks alot...
