Gave me the wrong food, watched the manger try to give my food to someone else and then went back with it changed it and gave me the wrong food. They needed more staff this morning as the 2 poor girls working the counter were extremely overwhelmed. I was extremely disappointed in my service today.
Fired all the friendly staff.. current staff is unfriendly. New place feels unwelcoming and not Canadian at all... Rip off starbucks

Excellent service, friendly staff, and consistently fresh food and coffee. The team is always welcoming, and the restaurant is clean and well organized. Highly recommend this location!
The individual who took our order was annoyed that we were there and kept sighing when we asked for anything more than just our coffee. 😳
