I visited this location today and was extremely disappointed by the service I received from the supervisor, Kristine. Professionalism and politeness should be a standard in any food service environment, but unfortunately, her attitude was rude and dismissive before I even received my order. As a supervisor, she should be setting an example for the rest of the staff. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as a simple level of courtesy goes a long way.

Very slow and incompetent staff. They never get your order right. BTW, tell your workers to not take the food and drinks to the back and come back to give it to a customer. Its a major problem. How the hell would I know what you did to my drink back there ? Its like they never follow any rules. Just terrible experience.

I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. The level of customer service has declined significantly compared to previous visits. During my visit, there appeared to be a lack of coordination among staff. Despite having four employees on shift, only one person was managing both taking orders and preparing them, which led to long wait times. Dismal. Too much chit chats happening and slow service (compared to other branches) Orders don't go out correct. Many times they messed up simple orders or instructions that i've had enough to give a review.
