Worse customer service.my coffee was cold.
First tirp my tea had cream NOT MILK in it. Through it away. Second trip they got my tea correct but I watched them start making my breakfast then stop and made other orders as mine got cold took over 5 minutes to get a bacon scrambled egg loaded box. While others got there food hot.
Hello, I want to leave a review for this team here, but I was going to leave a review two or three times before as well. I didn’t, because I thought, you know, I don’t hate on anyone. I’ve come here three or four times so far when I was in North Vancouver, to get a drink or something to eat. Every time, there’s some issue: either they put a tea bag in, or they don’t; sometimes they put it in sugar; sometimes they get the order wrong and give something else. The service is really slow and they have so many staff and they are getting coffee for the customers they help but everyone is making everyone their orders
