Customer service is not good. They treat with attitude.
This North Van store is amazing! They offer high-quality, efficient service. I needed a last-minute Cambrian Coffee order (105 cups), and they were able to accommodate me on very short notice—when other stores turned me away. Incredible staff!
Messed up our order and then had the audacity to blame us.
2pm 12/3/25 Bagel tasted moldy, staff member in back was mimicking staff member that took my order , uncomfortable environment , bad experience.
