⭐ 1-star review — Extremely disappointing customer service I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons, particularly with the owner/manager, Karen. I regularly order the iced strawberry drink from other Tim Hortons locations, so I know how it normally tastes. Very disappointing hygiene This was one of the dirtiest Tim Hortons experiences I’ve had in North Vancouver. I watched an employee take an order, handle cash and coins, and then immediately continue preparing another customer’s food without changing gloves or washing their hands. That is extremely concerning when handling food. I honestly couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Basic food-safety and hygiene standards should not be optional, especially in Canada. I always order 5 mins ahead of time in the app. My order is always ready and waiting for me when I arrive. Mena is a great member of staff and provides a wonderful service.
i’ve been to this location many times, each time with a large-ish group (6-8) and the Tim Hortons team always exceeds my expectations. Despite the huge order, they are polite and very accommodating, and always make sure that we are given the right items. They are also surprisingly quick as well, and it’s clear that the food is made with care. One of the workers even ran after us to give us 2 bags of potato wedges that we had left behind! Truly outstanding service everytime 🥹
