I have been to several great Tim Horton s around the lower mainland. But this one has to be the most disappointing almost every time I go. The staff are always smiling and friendly no doubt about it. But the attention to detail when it comes to training employees. As well as the quality of preparing their products to customers needs improvement. I really hope this reaches their owner because he or she should know about these things and take some necessary action.
Pawan and Arsh were stellar. Absolutely made my day. My very picky mini-human will only eat egg-cheese sandwiches and P&A went out of their way and made us one after regular menu hours. Thank you thank you!
So appalling, racism is alive and well and it saddens me. My spouse is visibly native and I as a Coast Salish woman coming back to visit family am not so much as I am west coast native(Iykyk) The women working were very rude, they stopped making his order and started serving multiple people that walked in after him first. He left without food or a refund twice because they made him feel less than. I'm disgusted that this is how people are treating us on our own land. Do better Tim hortons.
