Tried to order the Spicy Pumpkin Latte here three times since the seasonal menu started — three times they charged me, then told me after the fact, “Oh, we don’t have the syrup.” It’s been two weeks. How do you not know you’re still out of syrup? They offer vanilla syrup instead, which is $2 cheaper, but never refund the difference — that’s $6 you owe me already. To make it worse, the coffee here is always bitter and tastes burnt. Even with syrup, it’s bad. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Nobody care about the low quality of drinks and wrong orders
I had a wonderful experience at the Esplanade Tim Hortons! The staff was extremely friendly and professional, and they treated every customer with great respect. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained, which made the visit even better. The food and drinks were fresh and of great quality. Overall, the atmosphere gave such a positive vibe – I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back!
