The Tim Horton’s on Lombard street was great! Even though they were busy, they managed to fill my order in minutes. I got a light soda swirl (first time trying it, also my last) and a strawberry cheesecake muffin (which was alright)
Bring back flavor, back off on the glaze on donuts, learn how to toast a bagel, grilled cheese should not be cold in the centre, burnt on the outside, do not serve a coffee until brewing process finished. Coffee then too strong or too weak. CLEAN YOUR BATHROOMS.
Today I found out that the franchise owner has barred me from this Tim Hortons after patronizing it since it first opened, years ago. Ironically, much longer than she has even owned it. Why? Evidently, after years of being a trouble free, loyal customer, becoming a victim of an attack, at a completely different location, by local regulars, makes me a problem? But, not them!
