One of the few Tim Hortons where parking is a bit harder than some locations and the staff seemed overwhelmed by the amount of orders. The flow of picking up your order is confusing.
Stopped into this location driving from Ottawa to Kingston. Was served by the most wonderful counter attendant. Isaac was very friendly, engaged in relevant conversation and went above and beyond to help me with my order. As a daily customer of Tim Hortons I was so very pleasantly impressed by his disposition, enthusiasm and bright smile. These qualities are not always present with front line staff - great job Isaac! Please keep your lovely personality.
Tim Hortons has gone downhill across the city there used to be a time when you could go there at night and expect a good selection of donuts that's certainly not the case anymore.
