Worst Customer Service, did not make the drink properly and asked to replace it. No apology but an angry face and the guy didn’t even call when the drinks were replaced.
It seems like chaos. No organized lineups, no rush to help customers. The view is spectacular but the service needs improvement
Every single day it's incredibly slow. 25 mins for a coffee and 2 ppl in front of me. Hire new staff already
Is there not a Tim Hortons with Canadians working anymore this is insane hiring people who can’t speak English
