We stopped by in the last week of June. The double-double we ordered didn’t taste right—it was off in the cream and sugar balance, not what we’re used to. The twist pastry was chewy and not fresh. The lady at the counter didn’t smile or seem happy to be taking orders, and we could feel that. When our food was ready, she didn’t call it out either. We waited until we finally asked, and only then did she tell us the food sitting on the counter was ours. This isn’t the kind of experience we usually expect from Timmies.
