Staff are horrible and rude, wondering if its a cultural thing? They don't even face you when passing your order they hand stuff out to you while turning there backs to you and talking in there language. Its so rude. My order was 5.07, handed her 10 bill and 10 cents so i could get 5.00 back, she didn't even look at me, ripped the bill out of my hand dropping the ten cents to the ground and handed me out a handful of change, I cant stand these people. Always fresh always time Hortons
Don’t go to the drive through. This could be the world’s slowest and least accurate Tim’s in Canada. They got my order wrong and didn’t offer to refund the difference even though we had to wait five minutes for them to pour an iced coffee (seriously it was five minutes).
