Every 3/5 orders are wrong. Going in you wait and wait until someone notices you and the last time this happened my husband had to have his coffee remade and it was cold, he just walked out frustrated.
You should either hire more staff or close this location. The service is consistently too slow, and it's clear the current team is overwhelmed. Customers shouldn't have to wait so long because the store is understaffed. Either provide enough employees to handle the workload or reconsider keeping this location open.
