VERY slow & VERY disorganized. However, it is a refreshing change of employee scenery (IYKYK).
This Timmy’s was dirty,
Stopped by as a break on a long drive; quick service, bathrooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the drinks tasted good.
Honestly I have never encountered a nicer or more personable employee than AnnMarie. She was so on the ball and focused with our orders, she was quick to fix a mistake and went out of her way to make sure we felt valued. This is what exemplary customer service is all about! It didnt hurt that she is also an absolute riot and had us laughing up a storm!!! Would frequent just to see her. 5*
