Today at approx 11:40am my friend and I went through the drive through. We ordered fine, got to the window and this miserable lady served us, she didn't even say hello. We handed her some change. Then handed her my phone to scan for my points and my roll up the rim to win chances. She replied hastily " I can't take that after you paid" I responded but you never asked me if I am collecting points. She snarled back " I never ask people for that" I was in aww. I used to come here every single day before school to the point where they remembered my order! This is my favourite location to go to whenever I need something to eat! I highly recommend this place for the best service possible!!
The latte machine was finally working again when I came through and my latte was made perfectly. When I went they were pretty busy but they really made the drive thru move fast. The staff they have working are amazing. It was definitely worth the wait to have my favourite drink back.
Worst experiences I ever had at Tim! Extremely rude for no reason ! Not once not twice but most of times !!! their latte machine always broken I had to get ice coffee , ask her for large always got a small instead and they’re not even full !! One time I ask for ice latte and ice coffee they gave for two ice coffee so I ask to change one of the ice coffee to ice latte which that what I ordered she started to gave me attitude! Every time I come here, they don’t have what I’ve ordered. How does a Tim Hortons not have regular eggs at 9 am on a Monday morning? A disappointing location. Edit Feb 21: this location is still disappointing. Drive through is ridiculously slow and customer service is awful.
