This is a busy location but i wish they would improve drive thru times... its always at least 10 minutes in the drive thru.

Worst time in Canada this to slow workers
So, here’s what happened earlier today... I saw a free coffee offer on my Tim Hortons app and thought, why not? I ordered my food at the kiosk, and then went to the counter to get the coffee part. The guy asked what kind of coffee I wanted, punched it in, and told me to scan the offer. I scanned it, and it still charged me full price. I told him that it was supposed to be free, and also now the offer disappeared from my app (I showed it to him before scanning).
