One of the worst service experiences I've ever had at a Tim.Horton'sThey didn't have cappuccino so i ordered a regular and they told me at the window they dont have anymore coffee would i take dark roast. I sad no and they told me to go park and wait for my coffee.. thank god i did not paid yet. They didn't have the bagel I wanted as well. I waited in LINE for 5 minutes at the drive through.And then they told me all this , really bad service What's the point of being in business when you can't service your customers
Slow (15 min) and got my order wrong. Tea with milk and they put cream instead. Who drinks tea with cream!
Terrible food, I go here quite often only because it is the most convenient place to get food in the morning. They have yet to make an order right. I don’t understand how they can get my orders wrong 100% of the time
Was here with my bf today and recieved ill service while ordering. The employee was rude and unpleasant when we tried to order a vanilla creamy chill to which we were not aware was discontinued and were met with an agressive remark.
