Nice experience at this location. Plenty of parking spots, but it’s busy. The ambiance was relax. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The place looked clean and well kept. We received our meals in a timely fashion. Glad to have stopped here.
This Tim Hortons has the fastest drive thru in the area. Very friendly staff and my order is always correct. They are so efficient it amazes me.
Absolutely terrible food and service. Unfortunately I went at lunch time and there were a LOT of students from the high school. There was only 1 cashier so service was incredibly slow. I’m sure the students are there are on a constant basis so I don’t understand why they wouldn’t staff accordingly !! I received my order 20 minutes later. I was enroute to an appt so took it to go. I have lost count of my bad experiences at this location. The order items are always wrong or forgotten, the old lady supervisor is very rude and impatient, always make you wait in the parking lot for 20mins for a sandwich because she is scared of the timer. They have tried to keep my change countless times. I have emailed complaint before, they do not care and never improve. Avoid this location at all costs, its time to stop accepting this non-functional level of service as normal.
One extra star for Indian server at this location. Nice location with ample of seating area and parking spots. In late afternoon I ordered breakfast sandwich but the cashier refused to take order for breakfast menu🙁 ( it’s pretty rude). But at that time Indian girl immediately took charge and ask me if I can wait 5min, as she needs to prepare it. But she didn’t say “NO” I really appreciate. I like the service.
