Came in on a busy Friday lunch rush. Was like a well oiled machine . Everyone working great together. Good job
I originally gave this place a one star review due to the quality of service back in the day, but I'm updating now because credit where it's due, things have improved substantially. The drive-thru moves much faster than it used to and the people who work the window are almost all very friendly and nice to deal with. DONT BOTHER ASKING FOR BUTTER OR EXTRA BUTTER ON YOUR BAGEL!! This is what Extra Butter from Almonte Tim Hortons gets you. ABSOLUTE JOKE!
Asked for a small cup of whipped cream for my dog at the drive through and was rather aggressively told that they couldn’t do that (although every other franchise I’ve been to has). I conveyed that I’m happy to pay the price of a small drink for it, but I was given progressively more abrasive shutdowns from multiple staff, until finally they agreed to do it and charge me for a double cup. After all that, I was informed they were out of whipped cream.
