I saw a worker drop a cap to one of the flavored syrups on the floor, and pick it up and put it back on without washing it. They were out of ice, so they couldn't make some products. Service was VERY slow

This place was all right. I asked to go for a coffee on ice and she couldn't understand. I had to explain it to her three or four times. She didn't understand what coffee on ice meant like you want ice. I'm like no, I want coffee. Oh, you want a coffee and my coffee on ice. She said she didn't understand she couldn't get it so I wasn't happy about that. It took her a while. She sounded like she was new. Maybe I'm not sure. Anyhow, the coffee itself was good.
