Was on the road for 7 hours traveling with my toddler. Ordered a take 12 in advance on the app, only to show up 30 minutes later to my order not prepared. And no policy in writing to explain why. The staff all acting like it’s my fault, as they make me wait for my order I put in ages ago. Then they hand me this (not even my full order). A Soaked take 12 box, which is falling apart and expect me to leave with it. Embarrassing service. I got my money back and left.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Tim Hortons during the afternoon shift! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even during a busy time of day. You can really tell they work well as a team! Everything was handled quickly without ever feeling rushed. My order was made perfectly, fresh and exactly how I like it.
