Does not have any sense of customer service the way of talking is very cheap . She had biased with our community. On night shift 2:10 am on nov 10 2025 . i just said her that is did not receive a points.
I had a very disappointing experience at this tim Hortons location today. I ordered a veggie wrap, croissant and cold latte but they gave me a non veg wrap instead. I checked it when I left the location. On the top of that , the croissant was burned. This is unacceptable… I expect better attention to customer orders and food quality. Please train staff to double check orders before serving. There are two employees and the time at around 9:00 pm.
