Got here by 5 am the guy is like I only have coffee nothing is ready then I asked him regular coffee he did not even have cream and i put milk instead of cream

I visited Tim Hortons and ordered a toasted croissant, but what I received was clearly burnt—dark, overly crispy, and tasting bitter. When I politely pointed it out, the staff insisted that it was “toasted” and tried to explain the difference as if I didn’t understand. I know what a properly toasted croissant looks and tastes like—this wasn’t it. Disappointed not only by the food quality but also by the lack of accountability and poor customer service.
