didn't tell me they were out of espresso until after I had ordered when I was paying. i CAME HERE for espresso. wifi didn't even work well enough inside the store for me to leave this review.
My husband and I came in at 9:00 am today. We waited in line around 15-20 minutes in line while staff struggled with far too few workers to handle the customers. Three couples in front of us left and more left as they came in the door. No one was waiting on the walk in customers. Then when our order for two hot drinks was taken we waited over ten minutes for it to be filled. During this a worker brought in his family of about 10 people.
