Extremely rude staff member who thought better to argue with the customer instead of getting another coworker. She says oh I'm in training, well next time a customer tells you your over charging for the drink dont argue with them and go find a trainer to teach instead of arguing and being rude. The staff also made it extremely difficult to complain so will have to reach out to corporate since local staff clearly only going to defend each other and make sure complaints dont make it to corporate.
