Madame à la commande à l’auto bête et irrespectueuse. Je n’ai pas le tmeps de dire un mot qu’elle me cri de parler plus fort. J’arrive à la rentré et pas de bonjour. On lui dis bonjour ça va bien elle nous ignore et nous regarde de travers et nous ferme la petite porte dans la face.. elle nous donne la commande et tout les autres employer rit en arrière et parle avec la madame qui toujours nous ignore. De plus on me donne mon bagel brûler et tout les aliments dedans étais presque plus dedans j’ai du les remettre.

Was charged for a latte noix grillé,asked for a latte with haslenut flavor. She threw my cookie order onto the counter. Young man using his foot on top of mop while washing the floor behind counter. Ladies bathroom not available, told to use men's which was filthy. There should have been at least one adult supervising.
