Unfortunately, Tim Hortons has gone downhill over the years. Their service is nowhere near as good as it used to be. They don’t listen to what you’re ordering. You have to repeat yourself many times it’s very frustrating. And sometimes you get the coffee before they finish brewing so it’s too strong. They get offended when you explained the issue to them very rude. Not nice bad experience Tim Horton himself would be very disappointed. I’m sure he’s rolling in his grave. This is not the image he tried to portray.
Everytime I order a tea I get it cold or luke warm and the response from the staff is because it's a triple triple, been to other Tim's and the same order is a proper piping hot cup of tea, need to do better.
