Very busy but food came quickly
We always have the drive thru and the staff we always have are so rude. Today, an associate named Maria was so rude to me. I asked for the hot chai latte and she confirmed the order twice but she still made me a cold one. And when I asked for croissant. She was so rude and said we don’t toast it. Her tone was unacceptable. MARIA (associate name). In the morning, when I went for the coffee. I said the order out loud so that they can hear it properly but she told me NO NEED TO SHOUT.
