The parking lot is AWFUL here you really need to fix the major potholes everywhere ! The decalf coffee tasted really old .My additional feedback on your reply would be ..FIX THE HUGE POT HOLES FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS, SO THEY CAN SAFELY ENTER THE DRIVE THRU !!!!! The guy at the window is very rude and makes u feel that you need to rush .Did not scan my app , so no points ,no roll ups !
It’s a reoccurring issue they never have any other muffins other then Raisin Bran by 10 am and when asked, if they have any fresh ones coming out, I always get the responsive. I don’t know in a rude and ignorant type away instead of going and asking. Also I have been outside the store and have over heard a staff member gloating about vaping in the bathroom and not caring about what they’re supervisor or manager has to say about it.
Tim Hortons always has a warm and cozy atmosphere... Even contrasted with the not so warm employees. This location in particular has a "round" man who always seems to be in a terrible mood. Asking a direct question and then having the employee look you in the eye and walk away never sits well.
