This location has gone downhill over the last few years. The drive-thru lineups are constantly backed up down the street, service feels disorganized, and management doesn’t seem as effective as it used to be. The bathrooms are gross. The previous staff (before l@ckdowns) and supervisors ran things much more smoothly
