This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I ordered 4 drinks: • 1 French Vanilla • 1 classic coffee • 2 vanilla iced coffees While placing the order, I clearly asked for extra vanilla base in my vanilla coffee and paid for it. When I received the drink, there was no sweetener at all. I stirred it thoroughly to double-check, and it was still completely plain. They scammed me. They charged an extra $2 when I tapped and I didn’t notice until I was back on the road.
