If I could give this place a -5 rating, I absolutely would. I ordered through the self-service kiosk—just a single espresso and a small French vanilla (order #80). Despite how simple my order was, I ended up waiting 25 minutes while multiple orders placed after #80, including much larger ones, were prepared and served before mine. The lack of efficiency and order prioritization was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Genuine and Honest Review, I am ordering egg and cheese wrap from a long time and its my all time favourite breakfast but this time it was my worst experience. The size of wrap was usually small, there was barely any taste of chipotle sauce. I really don’t recommend anyone to grab tims from this place. I also clicked the pic infront of team member and she said there was chipotle sauce but in reality there was just one or two drop of sauce. I have proof of that as well.

I ordered the 8.99 meal deal and was charged extra for the coke and wedges. Initially I didn't realize, but brought it up before I got my full order. She couldn't understand what I was telling her, even when showing the receipt. I gave up. This location always has some sort of service issue. The food though, when you can get it, is very good.

whoever you have working on the drive-thru window this morning (8am, Wednesday April 1st). Take her off of it immediately. she is not capable of taking orders. Nothing I asked for was correct and I'm especially annoyed by paying for the Easter donut and opening up the bag and seeing a plain donut.
