Wait in drive thru was over 10 mins with only 3 cars in front on us. I ordered a medium coffee with 2 milks, it was like having 5 milks, could not taste the coffee. My husband ordered sugar in his, no sugar added. Brutal wait and they cant get 2 coffee orders accurate.
Stopped there bet10:30-11 today. The young girl doing orders pleasant and smiling but Lisa who was handing the orders out snapped at one customer and as I was waiting in line to place my order and to get my order I watched Lisa wipe her nose with her in several occasions and wipe her nose in her shirt on several occasions and then put her fingers in her shirt to adjust. Had to wait almost an hour for my mobile order of Tim Bits. Every customer was upset with the disorganization and haphazard wait.
This Timmies is bull crap!! They serve their own kind first not even lining up and ignores us the rest lining for coffee!! Shame on you owner and your workers!! Go get your coffee at Starbucks instead!
