I'm in shock. Everyone's smiling, food was ready before the money even came out of my bank. FAST. From the young lady who served me, to the young man who made my coffee, to the sandwich artist who prepared my food. Friendly smiles respect everything we're looking for in Tim Hortons in 2025 Update!!! Just saw that I was charged twice for the same (only) purchase that day. Just off the phone with "the manager" who said ok to me coming in and getting a Tim's card for $10.45 on Thursday. Fingers crossed.
Amazing service definitely will be coming back
Just left here. Passing through to Kenora again. And this same tim hortons i complained aabout before. In may. Is disgusting. The family bathroom. The front doir glass is horrific. The staff has zero communication skills. You're looked at like a zombie when you're talking to them. 2 for 2 here. Not happing a 3rd time. I left without ordering. Its 10:30am. Wonderful.
