The location on waters rd gave me a sour coffee so I went to the location on trim/imnes road and they were more than happy to replace it for me . Excellent customer service . Thank you
The service at this location is unmatched. I regularly go to this location even if it is in the opposite direction of where I’m going. Lucas and Kade are incredibly friendly and are worth the detour for their great service through the drive through. Genuinely happy to see them everytime.
The owner is wonderful and very kind. She took time to listen to my request and help me with a personalized request. Her employee also went out of his way to search for the item from the back for me. Thank you Tim Hortons Trim Rd for your help. Greatly appreciated.
