2 nights ago had ordered an extra Large Steep Tea with 2 cream to go home and enjoy a nice Tea, but instead I ended up with a coffee, so when I got home that evening and tasted the coffee (I NEVER, NEVER drink coffee btw) I was disappointed and not in the mood to go back and change it. The service was unbelievably slow and unprofessional. The cashier looked half asleep and kept forgetting what they were doing while filling orders and was too busy talking with a friend instead of paying attention to what they were supposed to be doing. Every table was dirty when we arrived and we mentioned it but nothing was done about it. We cleaned our own. It was not very busy so there wasn't a good reason for the lack of care. I may not have huge expectations for Tim Hortons, but this was awful.

Had the pleasure of waiting thirty minutes today at noon and missing the entire lunch rush for uber. 👍🏼 Only to then be told by the manager with missing teeth that she’s “told all Uber drivers that they can cancel because they are short staffed today”. Not thirty seconds after this, she hands this other uber driver his order (bigger than mine), he had gotten there three minutes prior.
