I thought this was going to be a regular Tim Hortons but no. Everything is as usual but the staff is super. The two employees that have given incredible service are Adriano and Kayden. They are super friendly and made my experience so great I go here just so I can get their service they are super helpful and extremely nice. Highly recommend

Always so nice to be served by Mary and Jess at this location. Super fast service in the morning on my way to work despite the long lineups at the drive-thru. My favourite Tim’s in Orleans !
Mary at Orleans- trim and innes is outstanding. She is always friendly and engaging. She’s been there a long time and is amazing.
