Exceptionally poor customer service! I ordered $70+ worth, to be told to wait at the side. To learn they’re missing 3 sandwiches, 2 drinks, missing lettuce I paid .70 extra & missing bacon on my double stacked. They give no receipts, so when I went back to complain. They ask where’s your receipt?! Next time I’m not budging from that window until my full order is in hand! Try to help a company & this is the appreciation they give back to customers!
"I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding an appalling experience I had at one of your locations. I ordered a Habanero Chicken Loaded Bowl at the drive-thru. Upon paying, the staff instructed me to park my vehicle and wait, assuring me they would bring the food out once it was ready. Très bien servis au comptoir. Personnel polit et souriant. Servis en Français ce qui est grandement apprécié. La devanture du resto est belle et invitante avec les belles chaises Adirondack rouge Canada et les belles fleurs. C’est invitant d’aller à cette succursale. Le resto est propre et bien entretenu à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur. Merci pour l’excellent service offert. Bien apprécié!!!
