After waiting twenty five minutes in a drive through. This is what my sandwich looks like...wow at least try if you're going to make your customer wait that long. Sunday morning at 11am.
I go there whenever I have the chance and every time I have the pleasure of being served at the Drive Thru by this lady 💕she always has a smile and very pleasant,…calls you « Honey» and make my day every time!!! The way client service should be🥰…rarely see that anywhere these days! Keep up the great work👌 My last experience tho…when she wasn’t there on a Sunday morning… I ask for a Med. Coffee with 1 cream 1 milk and 1 sugar…and I got a Med. Black coffee with nothing… the young guy just didn’t seem to care!😣
Thank you to the store manager. All the employees are very friendly, helpful, polite, and fast lately most of Tim Hortons even through their drive-through star slow, but I have been visiting this store for several times through the past two weeks and I am amazed by the crew thank you and I wish you all the best

Came in on Sunday September 20th at 9:20 pm and the two men behind the counter were extremely rude. They ignored me for minutes- I was the only customer in store and drive thru was pretty empty. They clearly avoided eye contact with me for over ten minutes. I had to shout to get their attention and his excuse was 'they had an accident' and pointed to spilt coffee on the ground. Absolutely unacceptable to have the only customer waiting for over 10 minutes because an employee was clumsy with a cup of coffee.
