This location is always exceeding expectations, it gets super busy, drive through, line up inside and mobile orders and they are on a roll getting those orders out quick and accurate. My experience here is always good. Kudos to the entire staff for working hard and showing exceptional customer service.

I was here a few days ago. I bought the new internatinal Timbits and I really enjoyed them! I'd buy them again. The service was excellent. The lady that was serving was friendly and a good conversationalist. She answered my questions nicely. My one complaint is that there is no bike rack. I got here by bike and I didn't see any to lock my bike into. Other people got here by bike and we had to lock our bikes at a sign close by. This location needs a bike rack.
Waited at the front counter for 10-15 mints to place an order, but no one acknowledged us. All three employees saw us standing there, yet nobody came to take our order. They seemed focused only on serving the drive-thru customers while completely ignoring the front counter. It felt like front customers were being abandoned for drive-thru orders. No one even said “hello” or acknowledged that we were waiting. Very disappointing customer service.
Its Sunday morning and on google it says they open at 5:00am and im here waiting to enter and its almost 6:00am, so I don't know if its google that docent have the right time of opening or the staff is slow to open but it should be open at the proper time. I've seen at less 6 cars come and go because its not open at the proper time I'm not the only person that trusts the time they say they will open and be rejected. Because of this I'll go to a other location that I trust more to serve me at the proper time of open.
