Why is the guy behind the counter yelling out everyone’s orders??? He could be 25% as loud and everyone would hear him. Very disturbing.
Usually very friendly but today, the lady behind the counter I guess did not hear me correct so became passive aggressive by speaking fast while acting annoyed which then made it so the coffee was wrong. I've noticed at Tim Hortons when someone is miserable, they tend to take it out on customers. I've had this happen at different locations and makes me never want to come back. This attitude people have needs to change in the service industry or you lose business, that simple.

Have enjoyed the relaxing and professional atmosphere that is created at the Saugeen Shores Tim Hortons locations for years! Staff and service always make it an enjoyable experience, looking forward to my next visit!
