Staff is rude, and uniformed and tried to force me into believing something is what it isn’t. I tried to order a surpreme stack with no peppercorn sauce, I was told they can’t do that and they can’t modify it, I’ve been ordering it this way since it came out, at the drive thru window the attendant tried to continue to tell me they aren’t allowed and couldn’t do it but are making it special for me, while I know for a fact they can, and do, and it’s literally in their system to select no sauce. The most unprofessional staff i have ever encountered. One even meows like a cat!!!!! What the hell is wrong with this staff Will never go there!
Walk in to counter. Super friendly and fast service. I always enjoy stopping at the Monkland Tim’s for hot coffee.
