Every time I go to this Tim Hortons, whether it's in the morning or the afternoon, I run into the same customer: an older woman with bigger women blond dirty looking hair in a white SUV. She is always ahead of me and is incredibly rude. She holds up the drive-thru line, smokes consistently, and shows no consideration for anyone but herself. It is absolutely ridiculous that the staff has to endure her verbal abuse. You can even hear her yelling things like, 'I called corporate' and 'I work in customer service🙄blah, blah, bl... read more
