What a wonderful Tim Hortons. Very well run and the General Manager Laura is just incredible. The store is always clean, the staff are always so frienldy and are extremely fast. My orders are always correct. I see the same staff each and every day for over the last few years. Great store and ownership. Best Tim Hortons in sault ste marie by far.. I think the workers here have a real problem when they take the money and give something else. I paid for 15 Timbits but they gave me 10.
Is it really too much to ask to butter my muffin when I come through drive through? For now on if you don't butter it for me I'll sit right there in drive through and take my time to butter it myself before leaving drive through I don't care about your drive through time! I understand if income into store , I can butter it myself, but the point of asking for a muffin heated with butter is so I don't have to try doing it while driving !
Best Tim Hortons in Sault Ste. Marie. In my opinion great staff great food.
