At this point I don't know if they're trolling, but they seem to have no idea that there's a difference between milk and cream. Stopped going for several months and went back today ... Once again was given cream instead of milk.
Good food well prepared, time and neat
I had an ice cap explode on me yesterday morning And I got in contact with customer service who then directed me to Sarah at this location and they were so sorry and so thankful for bringing it up because they realize it was a cup issue. Hands-down, the best customer service I have experienced at any Tim Hortons in town. Thank you so much.
Normally when I go here and we get timbits for our kids, we always ask for a certain type because otherwise my kids won’t eat them. They ended up giving us exactly the opposite of what we asked. I noticed getting back in our car and so when I went back in and asked for it to be replaced one employee agreed as it showed on their screen that they gave me the opposite of what I asked for but the other employee was not so happy.They also put all the timbits we had back into the display that I just brought with me to my car.
