I was driving on my way to the Cornwall courthouse and stopped and got a cup of black coffee. Great coffee, great service, great people at the drive-through. Overall great experience.
It just seems like Tim Hortons staff is not very well educated because they really do not know how to measure or actually tell from a large cup to an extra large cup..... Today I ordered 2 vanilla soda swirls from drive thru and I asked just straw with drinks. The lady who was at the window said we can’t give straw with this drink in very rude manner. It is rediculous, disrespectful even the drinks taste very bad and she didn’t put the enough foam on the top. Even I gave her extra money as a tip. I think I just wasted my money. It was very bad experienced and she doesn’t not know to talk and deal with customers.
