I went today and they were very rude, the lady that served me at the window rolled her eyes and gave me attitude for absolute no reason, never going back
One middle-aged white woman without a name tag has been working here since last winter. She consistently forgets my mobile orders, along with other people’s - she will say they are “busy” with no other customers and an empty drive through. She will not serve your food unless you Karen them, and that’s when she starts retaliating. I have had many coffees at this Tim’s and other tim’s and i drink coffee on a regular basis. Tina.M always kind, friendly and goes above and beyond! Always has the best customer service! Easily the best Tim’s in town. Tina.M was also the best supervisor at A&W. Will be back again for another great experience at Tim’s on ninth street.
The staff ROCK at this location, always very friendly and greets you with a smile. Coffee is always hot and delicious!
