The emphasis seems to be on the drive-through and online orders rather than on real-life customers who took the time to appear in person.
Pathetic service. I went there several times but from the past few weeks their service at specific Tim is awful. Even If I am hungry I avoid going there now. Nobody in staff talks nicely up there with customers. If you ask them about the survey receipt they never give it.
Placed my order using the drive through. Simple order. Drove away. Went to enjoy a few minutes later and found that I was given something completely different. Drove back and spoke to the cashier. Then proceeded to wait 10 minutes to finally reveice my correct order. No apology, no accountability. The location was a mess on the inside with vomit on the outside patio. Disastrous experience
