Response to the comment: There is no point of me getting in touch with you owner, when every single person’s order is messed up. Dont waste time to replies to comments when you can actually go to the location and see all the ruckus and actually take the action required. This is the worst small town Tim's. They're always out of everything (it's been 5 days since my last cold brew), they mess up the food order 4 out of 5 times (seriously, they forgot the sausage in the sausage farmers wrap), and most of the time the voice that greets you at the speaker is abrasive and rough and very loud. I live in town and would rather drive to Orillia 30 minutes away for a good Tim's. They recently had a management change, I hoped for improvements but I'm just tired of having a crap Tim's in my town.
Seems like over the past few months this location is getting worse everyday, used to be the best location around. Every morning I always get the same coffees DD with milk very very simple. They get it wrong at least 3 times a week. Its a sad truth.
