The crew at this tims is amazing! I'm an everyday regular and I can not stress enough how fantastic this crew is. There's many of them I can't quite remember the name of at this moment but Erica, Sean, and Crystal are my superstars! They know in the morning I just want my coffee and oftentimes have it ready to go by the time I reach the counter; and in the afternoon they know my exact order with the mods I like. Looks like the cleaning staff quit 4 years ago. If back is as bad as front... Anyways I didn't order anything, just walked out.
Waited 30 min in line ,2 people left in front of me.. (1 lady just wanted a coffee)..nobody at cash They had a big order but they need to acknowledge the people waiting and say something instead of ignoring the people waiting or at least serve 1 person every 10 min
