Best Tim hortons ever. Karan was very professional, polite and patient to take our order. Washroom were really clean.
I usually enjoy coming to Tim Hortons, but my recent visit here was disappointing due to the behavior of its crew members. The staff was noticeably rude, unhelpful, and had a lot of attitude. There was no greeting, eye contact, or even a basic level of courtesy when I placed my order. It felt like serving customers was an inconvenience to them.
