Just stopped here on our way back home from Tobermory. The washroom was disgusting, with water and toilet paper all over the floor and no soap in the dispenser. For food, half of the food items were unavailable and what we did order (crispy chicken craveables) were half cooked and had next to no sauce of any kind, making these dry and inedible. These guys need to do better for a chain restaurant. There is nothing fancy that’s being crafted in that kitchen.
Both times we have come here it’s been disgusting. Even the baby change table was soo gross. Family washroom and female bathroom had garbage and diapers over flowing. Husband said men’s was disgusting as well. Both garbages were overflowing in the dining area and garbage on the floor. Won’t be returning to this location anymore. Even when I brought it up to the staff they didn’t care.
