As a frequent flier in the drive thru I am seriously disappointed in service over the last little while. I have places 3 orders in the last week, drove to my destination to eat and open it up to find my order completely wrong. I often order a farmers wrap w no chipotle or egg, as I have sensory issues with the eggs and the chipotle sauce is not appealing… however the last 3 times I have received either or both. This location in Renfrew has just been updated and renovated. It’s very nice! I used the kiosk to place my order instead of standing in line. It was quick and easy. I was in and out in under a minute. The staff here has always been wonderful! Very friendly going through the drive through. Especially Kim. Best customer service comes from her in the mornings!
After extensive cosmetic renos , the men’s urinal is still not working.
Wow. Best Tim’s experience in a long time. Sharron was the most pleasant, helpful and efficient person. She knew everyone’s name and order, and treated everyone like a VIP. The store was super clean and tidy. It’s worth going into the store!
