I am a local customer to this Tim Hortons, I frequent the drive thru often and most employes know my face as I’m there so often. Tonight as per usual they made my ice coffee wrong, so I went back like I do, cause I know these things happen. Quite often I have to repeat my order 3 times at the drive thru and it quite often is wrong anyways and then I have to go back bc I paid good money for this! We had first gone through the drive thru at the Queensway location. I wanted a cilantro lime chicken wrap and the attendant told us they were out of chicken; no problem - it happens. However, he could've offered us an alternative. So, we left the Queensway location and drove to the Norfolk St. location's drive thru. I think it was Lavina who took our order. Whenever I ask for double toasted they just don't do it not sure why, it takes an extra 10 seconds . I'm disappointed especially when I say can you please make sure it's double toasted
