I ordered a chicken noodle soup online for pickup to save time and avoid the usual hassle of ordering at Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, my order did not appear at the Norfolk Street location when I arrived. I understand that this may have been an app glitch, but what followed was unacceptable. The staff seemed to believe that I had ordered from the Queensway location and asked me to drive there, even though I was already at the correct location.
