Really very poor service. Very disappointed and short staff. 2 girls talking to each other and we are waiting to give my order from 30 minutes. Very very poor and disappointing.
It was clean and the staff were very professional.
15 minutes through the drive-thru Looked like a manager taking the order. She had absolutely no clue what I was trying to order. A hot chai latte turned into three other drinks. I told her to take it off the order and give me a double double instead. Get to the window it was still on the order. Had to be refunded. The DD was filled through the hole in the lid. Spilt everywhere. How do you fill coffee past the rim of the actual cup ?
