Ugh this place Every.Single.Time. we go here especially with the drive thru something gets messed up. Lattes instead of muffins! Black coffees instead of triple triples, missing cookies…are just a few of the mess ups. Not very friendly people either and when you say this isn’t what I ordered they act they are doing you a favour by fixing their mistake for you. I ordered a xl decaf 2 cream, 3 sweeter when I reached the window they tried to give a tea. They also over charged me and would not give me the difference back. When I received my coffee there was not sweetener , I think the “new Canadians “ need to listen to you when you order. Also when I said something to the girl at the window about the over charge she said nothing and shoved my coffee at me and closed the window.
