So I watched the fella make the sandwich and I'm shocked by the lack of care when it comes to food handling. There's two young men working in close confines where the food is prepared a space meant for one person but they're so slow they have to double up their staff. With my sandwich in his right hand he pushes past his friend and actually uses my sandwich without a wrapper on it to push his buddy out of the way. We went to this place 2 times. The first time, we asked for a peach quencher with lemonade and there wasn't lemonade so they gave us sparkling water. And we also ordered a bbq chicken bowl And they didn't have bbq sauce so we asked for ranch sauce And they added 0.60$! What?! (THE WAIT IS VERY LONG) Then the 2nd time we went there, we ordered 3chili soups with terala buns but they ended up giving us only 2 terala buns.
Slow service. Mediocre food compared to other Tim’s. Restroom was simply disgusting. Filthy. I doubt they’ve been cleaned since last year.
Washrooms not very clean
Went in and could not order any thing that needed to be cooked or heated. Like a wrap or chili or soup. They explained they were closing and everything was shut down ... it was 9:10p they close at 10:00p.!!!!! Are you not supposed to provide service until closing, and then shut down the store after the customers leave. Had a cold sandwich and it was ok. Tim Hortons is really losing ground in the food service industry, if it wasn't for legacy customers I wonder how many new customers they attract.?
